Default Does any one have a harbor frieght blast cabnet?

I really need to get a blast cabnet. I have a harbor freight budget. Will a three horse compressor run it? Are there any things I should look out for?

The 3 hp will probably run it. How big is your tank? It will probably be running nonstop though. I have a 5hp 60gal compressor and sandblasting makes it run nonstop.

I know when I would blast with my pressure tank I would use the smallest tip possible which at the time an 1/8th inch. any larger and I would have to wait for my compressor to catch up. Mine is 7 horse two stage from Ramair.......Now I run up the 10 miles up the road and Wolfe's blasting dose it all and I don't have the mess and I can be doing something else. His is a screw compressor and he uses glass bead which is a nice finish to seal over......or powder coat

Well we got a 60 gal 3.7 horse and it does pretty good I'm just not sure about the cfm's I'll look this weekend. It's at my dads shop. I'm hopeing it doesn't eat too much more than a DA but if it does well I might be lookin for a bigger compressor. Thanks for the input guys I appreciate it.

I'm running a 60-gallon 6.5HP Campbell Hausfeld compressor that puts out 125 PSI pressure. I think it's 6-9 CFM, but that's from memory here. It's a new compressor that was given to me.

My cabinet came with extra nozzles for the gun, along with extra film for the window & light. So far I am pleased with it.
