Bouncing fuel pressure gauge!
I have a 355ci with the stock mechanical fuel pump. I installed a new fuel pressure gauge on the holley line connecting to the carb. The problem is when it's idling, the needle bounces from 2-12 psi. I bought another gauge and it does the same thing, only the needle broke in half. Do ya'll have any idea why it's doing that? Thanks
Try a liquid filled gauge to buffer the pressure fluctuations.
Did you install a fuel regulator ? So you could set the pressure ! !

mine does the same....on my 55 ???changed it from the carb to the regulator now it dont bounce as much but 1-2 psi when revving
